What is wrong with this picture? The former premier of Nova Scotia, Stephen McNeil, accepts an offer from the law firm Cox and Palmer to be a “strategic advisor.” Congratulations, Mr. McNeil!

Coincidentally, what law firm is representing American billionaire Beckwith Gilbert, who was offered Owls Head Provincial Park at rock-bottom prices, under the McNeil government?

Cox and Palmer.

How convenient for everyone! Except, of course, the people of Nova Scotia, who are currently in court, protesting the secret delisting of Owls Head. We stand to lose an environmentally significant and beautiful coastline.
